Set 1- 6 Reps
Set 2- 5 Reps
Set 3- 6 Reps
Set 4- 5 Reps
Set 5- 6 Reps

Day 3
Set 1 - 7 Reps
Set 3 - 6 Reps
Set 3 - 5 Reps
Set 4 - 4 Reps
Set 5 - AMRAP(as much reps as possible)
